SHIPMENT & FEES
MMCROCHETFLORENCE does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
For shipping outside the European Union, all possible import charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Custom duties and import taxes may vary depending on the country of destination and will be due once the shipped goods arrive in said country. Customers are therefore advised to contact their local customs office before placing an order to inquire about any possible import charges or restrictions.

Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
USA: Express Shipping 3-4 business days, according to the final destination
Europe – European Union – Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days, according to the final destination
Europe – Non-European Union – Express Shipping: 4-5 business days for major cities
MMCROCHETFLORENCE cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of MMCROCHETFLORENCE.
Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following Italian holidays:
Easter and Easter Monday
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from MMCROCHETFLORENCE specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. MMCROCHETFLORENCE packages are carefully sealed in transparent plastic tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. Open a claim immediately with the courier and contact MMCROCHETFLORENCE at email@example.com.
If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Damage the contents It is strongly recommended that you do not open the package with blades or sharp objects, so as not to.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by MMCROCHETFLORENCE.IT within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the MMCROCHETFLORENCE commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
POSSIBLE RETURN POLICY
After the package is delivered, we do not accept returns for change of mind over colour or design. For any other reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving the goods.
MM Crochet will not be held liable for any damages to the bags resulting from improper use or any use that is not compliant with their intended purpose.
The costs of the courier and all costs are paid by the customer.
- Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the order’s delivery date.
The possible refund will be issued as soon as the returned goods are delivered back to the MMCROCHETFLORENCE warehouse and the items are checked
Return Terms & Conditions
• Returns must be packaged in the MMCROCHETFLORENCE box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
• Bags and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
• Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. MMCROCHETFLORENCE reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
• MMCROCHETFLORENCE reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
